ScrollChess collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server to send anything to.

What the app stores

Your games, your daily-puzzle streak and your settings are saved on your device, in the app's own storage. They are not uploaded anywhere, and they are deleted with the app.

What the app sends

Nothing. The chess engine and all 1048 puzzles ship inside the app, so it works with no network at all. The app makes no requests, in the foreground or the background.

Third parties

There are none. No analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, no tracking across apps or websites.

Children

The app is a chess game with no chat, no user content and no network features, so there is nothing for a child to be exposed to and nothing about them to collect.

This website

The site counts page views with Plausible, which is cookieless and stores no personal data — that is why you were not asked to accept anything. No profile is built, and nothing is shared with anyone.

Write to hey@scrollchess.com. Since nothing is collected, there is no data to export or delete — but if you think something here is inaccurate, that is worth an email and it will be fixed.
